Doctoring on calenders

1. Eliminate the use of doctors where possible.
— replace them with air showers.
2. Ensure that any doctor blade fits well and is not more worn inside than at the edges (oscillation is essential for calender doctors).
— the pressure must be even.
3. The doctor blade must be periodically wiped free of any grit that might score the roll.
