Cleaner efficiency

1. Maintain correct pressure drop across cleaners.
2. Monitor and record inlet and outlet pressures and reject pressures, where applicable.
3. Make sure that headpieces (cones) are not worn out.
4. Keep tips unplugged; use correct size.
5. Cleaners should be regularly inspected to see that orbiting sand, grit, etc. does not cut grooves in the lining and eventually loosen it.
