Baggy rolls

1. Similar to soft edges except that softness appears in the center of the roll face.
— usually the result of being thinner in center area and almost always caused by a moisture streak.
2. Need to use high tension during rewinding to stretch the edges and get more even hardness across the roll face.
3. Generally need to adjust the spreader bar or roll to increase the arc.
