I am an accomplished professional in the paper and board manufacturing industry with over three decades of diverse experience. My journey began at Packages Limited, where I started as a Production Supervisor, working in the machine hall at the Board Machine for two years. Later, I joined Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, where I spent a substantial 21 years as an Assistant Manager in the Paper section, overseeing various Paper and Board Machines. In this role, I excelled in managing resources, production, maintaining quality standards, addressing troubleshooting issues, and effectively managing customer complaints. I also gained expertise in Integrated Management System auditing, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within the organization.

My career took an international turn when I worked as the PM Superintendent at the Middle East Paper Company in Jeddah, KSA, for a period of six months. During this time, I was responsible for overseeing the production lines for Liner and Fluting, managing machine operations, investigating customer complaints, and implementing the Integrated Management System.

Upon returning to Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, I continued my role as an Assistant Manager, where I focused on process improvement, problem-solving, and effectively handling customer complaints to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency.

In the later stages of my career, I took on managerial positions at Synergy Paper & Board Mills and Flying Paper Industries. In these roles, I successfully achieved production targets, maintained product quality, improved plant efficiency, and managed cost analysis.

My career reached its zenith when I served as the General Manager at the GFG Group of Companies, overseeing a new paper mill project. I was responsible for the plant’s commissioning and establishing prime-quality products in the market.

Education-wise, I hold a Diploma of Associate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering and completed my Matric in Science from institutions in Punjab, Pakistan.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy reading, staying updated with current affairs, playing badminton and table tennis, and engaging in online knowledge-building activities. I am also very family-oriented and dedicated to continual professional growth and success.
